With all the recent back to school posts I’ve been seeing, I think I’ve slowly been influenced into believing I myself needed to buy some new stationery, despite having not been in the education system for around 7+ years. I did need to update my blogging stationery though, that’s how I’m going to justify it – it was a personal decision, not trigger-based buying, honest.
The main stationery item I bought was this daily planner; they are available in two different sizes, and multiple different patterns.
I love the different layouts they have, from yearly to monthly, to week by week. Each month has a different header pattern which is cute, and as it isn’t a specific year planner, you can drop in and out of this whenever you want. It also offers you space to write out your yearly, monthly and weekly plan/to do list, as well as a simple lined, note section in the back.
Next is this adorable little diary, which you can get in white or blue. It’s a none specific year again, as that’s just what I prefer to buy. It has some sweet little drawings inside, is faux leather and has a nice flexible but robust feeling to it.
I bought two of the same design notebook by Happy Jackson. They are simple, lined pages, but to make them slightly more appealing they have a coloured elastic closure and colourful gilded edges. Plus the cover writing amuses me; Futile Attempt At Organising My Life and Great ideas, Cunning Plans.
Finally, I bought some coloured dot stickers which I use to help me keep track of how many posts (from the same category, like beauty or interior) I’d done recently. If anyone would be interested I’d love to do a post on how I organise my blogging.. stuff.
Has anyone else been buying stationery without the excuse of returning to school? Where are your go-to places to buy stationery?
