For a slow, makeup free Sunday where warmth was more valuable over style and presentability, I went with this cosy outfit of the day. This Sunday I went to the local lake with some of my family. It was only Mia’s second ever visit there but she loves it, which is good as it is a regular joint of ours, especially when the weather is more amiable. I’ve done a post before about ‘My Lake‘ so if you’re interested, go check that out.
To feel extra toasty I layered a pair of thermal/fleece tights underneath some leggings and went for a turtleneck jumper. I can confirm that whilst my hands were numb at points, my legs were snugly.
Leggings: Dorothy Perkins (similar) | Fleece Tights: H&M | Jumper: F&F (similar) | Boots: H&M (sensibly exchanged for trainers later)

You look really cute! I love the jumper, looks very comfy. Beautiful pictures and scenery, you look very cute showing your niece and nephew how to use binoculars. Love the puppies, especially Oscar trying not to fall asleep 😊 xx

Thank you 😊😊 It was, I was worried it’d feel scratchy but it didn’t at all. The lake is great for lovely pictures and the kids did well with the binoculars… well until Max started using them the wrong way round, but despite me telling him this he argued, “no, this is the way I want to use them”. 😉 xx
Cute 😂 xx
