Today I am showing you a recent Outfit Of The Day featuring a duster styled coat and a floral blouse. This outfit is slightly more put together than an average day-to-day outfit. For example, I’d wear this to a nice, but still relaxed, meal.
This coat from Dorothy Perkins is over 5 years old, and has maintained a great level of quality, but I have linked to similar(ish) styles above. A coat like this is a great staple to have in your wardrobe as it can pull any outfit together, making it look smarter; jeans and a white tee, a casual day dress, a fancier evening dress etc… any of these outfits would benefit from this style of coat.
The blouse is from H&M and is a beautiful floral pattern. It has buttons down the back, long sleeves and a lovely extra decorative bow detail at the cuffs.
And that’s it for today’s post basically. I struggle with outfit posts as other than the basic details of the clothes, what else is there to say? But I always feel the need to say something.
Plus, what do you do with your legs when posing? I mean, I know I have my own issues with my legs, their formation and the way I physically can position them, but still! They look very strange. Of course, if you hadn’t noticed then just disregard that text above.
Thank you for reading the little text there was in today’s post. Let me know what you think of the outfit and what coat you think is an important staple to have in your wardrobe.
